Was passing through Baton Rouge and had one beside me for several miles on I-10. That thing is small, very small. This was the Bronco Sport Model, 4 door.
A 4 door Jeep Rubicon eased past both of us in the left lane and the differences in size and appearance between the two is stark to say the least.
Whatever notions I entertained on having one of these vaporized with that brief viewing. I hope that the good folks who put their hard earned cash down to order one know what they’re getting, size wise.
A Ford Explorer appears much larger by comparison. I think that some of us here discussed how hot one would be if Ford offered it with the 5.0. That would be an engineering feat for sure.

Sorta fugly looking. I had seen previews last year, and was expecting an updated look to the first generation Broncos. They were nice looking vehicles. These aren’t, IMHO. But then beauty is in the eye of the beholder, or in this case the buyer. If you like them, and they’re worth the money to you, by all means get one. I love the older Rangers, but the new ones hold no interest for me. Unfortunately, the older ones are getting harder to come by. I can adapt if I have to. Been doing it all my life. 7mm
