R.I.P. Rush..... Just heard about it as breaking news on the 12 noon TV newscast. Can't say it was a total surprise because he kept us all informed and we knew what he was facing. The E.I.B. network is currently playing clips of him and calling it the "Limbaugh Legacy" but it's a sad day hearing him and knowing he just passed. Rush knew he had limited time and I wonder what plans have been made to either close out his radio program or continue it with others.

Fist time I herd Rush was Feb 1992 I was chasing Coyotes in the middle of the week out by the California Nevada border. Listening to the radio diving between stand locations I was picking up a station out of Las Vegas maybe 80 miles away Rush was cracking himself up going on and on with the Jeff Foxworthy routine 'You know your a redneck when' so Rush was going on with this while at the same time putting into words my own political beliefs and I'm thinking wow! who is this guy? Been listening ever since.
