All of this back and forth over what the 2nd Amendment means and who protects it and who won't. From the looks of the post on here very few are willing to stick their necks out very far to do anything other than peck away at a keyboard.

They’re in the driver’s seat. There’s no denying that and they will use the bully pulpit to the Nth degree.

A lot of big mouths here will be tested.

Many people were tested in times past and did more than run their mouths. Our ancestors took on the mightiest government in the world and won. History can and does often repeat itself and you have a choice to make, be a slave or not. What are YOU prepared to do?

As for me my ancestors were in attendance with a Company called "Tulleys Choice" when a fella by the name of Cornwallis surrendered and they didn't get there by running their mouths. They and countless others like them for over 250 years have done so. How can I as an American have them look down on me and not act accordingly? How can I desire to be a free American and not be prepared to do more than talk. The answer to that is plain.

As stated earlier the second is just laying there but it has to be picked up and you can not do it alone. These are just cold hard facts and anything acted upon will be far from easy....

The Supreme Law Enforcement Officer in each county is the elected Sheriff in each county across the land. The Sheriff has the legal authority to use deadly force to protect the citizen’s God given rights against ANY domestic enemy, from ANY agency, who deems they have the authority to commit any unconstitutional act.

If your Sheriff won’t use deadly force to protect your God given rights, then it is up to you to decide if you are willing to use deadly force to protect your God given FREEDOM. I said FREEDOM, because if you don’t have ARMS, you can’t have FREEDOM.

You can either put your knee pads on or load your ARMS to defend your FREEDOM.

You better know 100,000% where your Sheriff stands, but you better know 100,000% where YOU stand, because you won’t have time to call for help.

All of these feel good laws and ordinances being passed are a laughable joke to brainwash the public into believing their representatives are actually protecting them and their God given rights are intact, when the fact is, all anyone has EVER NEEDED is a copy of the contract between the government and WE THE PEOPLE.

Once that contract is severed, you have to decide if you will allow yourself to be enslaved, and many have already decided…..to be enslaved, and that is exactly why the country is in the position it is in.

Pfffftt.

Such laws are fluff and carry no weight in court which is where you will end up. just ask Cox and Kettler.

...and NO, standing up in court waving the flag and a copy of the Second Amendment shouting "Shall Not Be Infringed" ain't gunna cut it.

Yup the founding fathers gave us the Second Amendment to the Constitution and they also gave us this, Article VI, Clause 2,


Montana tried this feel good "Fluff" legislation as well, they called it Montana Firearms Freedom Act .

luckily before people like Cox and Kettler took the State at their word and got their asses arrested by the Feds.

Anyone that actually believes a county Sheriff is going to arrest successfully arrest Federal Agents enforcing Federal Laws within their county is dilutional at best.

So you go ahead, you take this Bill on its face value, violate Federal Law, post you flagrant violations on Social Media for all to see, then dare the Feds to come after you.

Inform your local sheriff if you intentions so he can have a team of deputies all poised and ready to arrest the first Federal agent that shows up.

I completely agree with your sentiments on this, don't get me wrong. I understand that 2nd Amendment is in the Bill of Rights, not the bill of privileges. But the way things are going, Amendment 2 will still be sitting there, meaningless, when all who wish to avail themselves of it are locked up for "hate speech" or some other trumped-up felony, unless somebody starts a shooting war.
