No Zig or Zag in Oregon, but we got a Zigzag.

Obey lawful commands. Video interactions. Hold bad cops accountable. Problem solved.

223 Rem, my favorite cartridge - you can't argue with truckloads of dead PD's and gophers.

Slap Out, Alabama. Then you have all the American Indian names like Opelika (Big swamp in English), Tuskegee, Tuscumbia, Tuscaloosa, Tallassee.

I have seen some weird street signs in Alabama as well like: Moccasin Slide Road, Hog Waller Holler, Possum Trot Lane.

Between, GA. It would be sort of fun to tell people I live in Between.

Waugh and Shorter AL have been fun for my kids when headed down I 85. Lots of interesting pronunciations of Waugh. Anything from a guttural hack to ninja noises.

Then there’s “Take that exit. It’s Shorter.”

Shorter is where the John Bobbit man moved to if you remember the story after his wife, Lorena took a knife to him.

What are some funny, strange, or just off the wall names of towns in your state. Here in Michigan I can think of 2, Hell and Climax.

Shickshinney is famous!

There is/was a children's book called "The Little Boy from Shickshinney"

It's down the river from Berwick, as I recall.
