EdM has been waiting for two years. I must have been good in bed last night because here it is fresh off the presses this morning. Caveats: This is her very basic meatless recipe for a small 2qt casserole. Doesn't include her homemade red chile sauce topping recipe. Assumes you know how to cook as no techniques are explained. As well she didn't include any meat filling info. **Poblano not Pasilla peppers** Wife's barrio spanglish coming out sorry. "Maybe we're all happy." "Go to the sporting goods store. I made 2 racks with some BBQ sauce(modified Sweet baby rays) and the last rack with some butter and seasonings as I’m not a huge BBQ sauce fan on my ribs. Sure can’t beat the 3-2-1s for tenderness and they sure are simple to make. Was more of an experiment than anything. Everyone said they were delicious.
