He'd only get caught,

But I'll see if I can get a pic later of him napping with one. grin

He's had a long trip in an envelope, care of USPS and he might be ready for a nap later. Probably fall asleep while we're watching a HOCKEY game or something.

Will have to admit, the boys were sniffing around him and his transport vehicle. I'm guessing, dog noses being what they are, they either smelled leighton's good cooking (fried smelt?) or his wonderful pups.

You want to play, jump in and put your name in the hat. I'll come back and put up a list of volunteers when I have some time--unless anyone else is feeling froggy and wants to do it...

And good to 'hear' from you. Haven't seen hide nor hair of you in ages. Hope all is well.

Provided it was just a joke, and there's no devil's lettuce residue on it before it gets to me I'm happy to put my name back in the hat.

Kalifornia dreamin', baby! Well done, hombre. Stubbs isn't so bright but is a tough little feller. One thing, though. He HATES hacksaws. I had one in my hand and I started hearing little screams from his muzzle. Some kind of PTSD deal, maybe..

I wanta check out this hacksaw cut when AcesNeights gets Stubby on his way to Tn after Hawaii.

That pic of the cut looks like it was done with a frigging wood cross cut saw.
And had been mislined while cutting at least 2 or 3 times.
JFC.......

Kamo where you able to find the another 1300 barrel???
IIRC win 1300 and I beleive a 130 model ranger model ???and the sears model are interchangeable.

I went thru something similar with a bulged 1400 mk II replacement barrel.
Lots of 1300 barrels out their when I was looking for mine.
Slumlord has that bulged barrel as a land corner marker now I think.

Sold that win 1400 MkII.
Actually a fairly decent semi auto for what it was.
I ran the pizz outta it shooting 5 stand and sporting clays.
Ran 3 boxes of shells thru it fast as I could reload it one day for schits and giggles proof fire.

One day on a dove hunt for literally 35 40 mins straight.
I couldnt feed it fast enough.
Birds were getying by me doing rapid reloads.
Gun was hot hot hot hot.
Didnt malfunction once the entire time I owned it.

KG, I'm good to go with the Michigan bros get-together. However, if Mr Stubbs is still in circulation later this year, I could bring him to through one of the more undesirable states, that being Illinois. I rarely stop, but I can certainly take a snap of Stubbs with the Loop in the background going by at 80mph. Of course, I'd have to go through Indiana to get there, so I 'spose we could add that one to the list as well. Thinking fall Nodak duck hunt trip.

Hah!
I'll put Stubs up for a turkey trip around the end of April/first of May or a Tuna trip towards the end of the summer.

If I can get back on the geoduck beach, I'll send him back with a giant clam or two I owe ya!

Two out of the three here get concerned with the spring piston air rifle when I am trying to snipe a starling.

Probably turn inside out if I lit off the gauge near them.

Wife told me they didn't look too pleased when I shot the fox in the Gulag with my .380 one night.

Now, they get downright excited when we go for walks at the refuge and a peasant comes out of the bushes and crosses the path. Problem would be, they don't hold them until one walks up on them. They want to hunt birds at 25mph.

I'm glad you can laugh about it now KG, I'm still pissed and likely will be for awhile.

This thread has Epic written all over it, it's gonna be fun to see what a bunch of damn deplorable will come up with.
