Not entirely "keto" this morning. leftover posole, with two of yesterdays eggs (why bother putting them away when I knew I was having eggs today. That sat on the counter overnight). sprinkled with some grated cheese, served with a slice of this morning's sourdough. It got a few shots of a new to me "hot sauce".
