They’ll just simply print and handout more money.

Yes, I was busting your balls.

I implore you, you must vote. Ohio is doing it right. It's legislatures in Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia, Arizona, Minnesota, Nevada... that fücked us. Voting is not a game. Voting is an inalienable right and a keystone of our democratic republic.

Vote if for no other reason than to protest.

My thoughts exactly. A wise woman once said “The problem with socialism is that eventually, you run out of other people’s money.” Or something along those lines. I probably butchered the quote, but you get the idea.

I agree. Opting to not vote at all is the least reasonable of choices. It will be equally important, if not more so, to apply all the pressure we can to have state laws amended, fortified, and fully enforced to criminalize any kind of voting shenanigan. Witness what recently happened in Georgia, where one state rep thinks that based on the color of her skin she should be allowed to singlehandedly thwart the passage of such a law. Shine the light, cockroaches scurry.

Don't be the darkness.

America will perish while those who should be standing guard are satisfying their lusts.

Had a conversation with a farmer/truckowner I had worked for
numerous times. He was opining about hhow I wouldn't like my
new factory job. How farmers/truckers were so much different
than others. Independent, strong, liked freedom.

I opined how they were alike.
Hard headed, hard working.
Being played for fools in their endeavors.
Paid very little for goods and services that keep the rest alive.

And how when their income gets squeezed, they don't fight to
make it right. They find a way to work harder, do more for less.
While learning to live with less.

All while holding the world's nuts in their collective hand.
But, they are independent.
They worry about fighting with each other for the crumbs.
Instead of squeezing their collective hand.

Bigger scale, broader spectrum across the board today.
We don't need a war.
Or Devine intervention.
If every working person not engaged in immediate life sustaining employment, every consumer, would not work or purchase for...The Week of July 4?

We would shake the entire earth.

Ghandi and MLK showed the way.
We don't have to wait until we are the beaten down oppressed.
If we celebrated our nation's birth with a week off, to start a rebirth,
We could set our country back decades. Set certain aspects back.
Back to the era referred to by MAGA.

But, but, but, but.

Don't nobody do crap but try to service their stupid personal debt.
Drink beer, eat chicken and bitch.
Then go off to work to pay the banker for the mansion and SUV.

While they [bleep] away their descendants future.

Our ancestors are ashamed.

Good question since they want to get rid of all whites. But the problem is it's mostly the white taxpayers that pay for the bulk of the handouts, unless something changes soon.

OP: I don't understand your post.

If your father worked all his life, why didn't he have Medicare?

It's illegal for an employer not to deduct and send in payments for Social Security and Medicare.

Don't blame me. I voted for Trump.

"Father worked to support sibnlings during The Depression"

This guy predates Social Security.
The rules were much different in the past.
Self employed people didn't have to pay in.
Big scam around here for farmers and loggers was to
start paying in, big, at 55. The benefit calculation was different then,
And 7 years of paying SS tax allowed them to draw more than employee
types that paid for decades.

For a time municipalities could opt out and have their own pension.

Also, certain industries get special deals on programs.
Auto Manufacturers and Railroads often have their own
little deals.

Farmers weren't in SS until sometime in the '50s. My grandfather got in just before he was 65. Made one payment and then collected for the rest of his life.

My wife's first job was with the State of Massachusetts. They had their own system. When we moved to another state, they paid out all her money.

People as old as I am will get far more out than we paid in.

People in their '40s will lose big.

Medicare is great. My wife had a $100K accident and we paid $42.

the .gov is really, really screwed up.
