I am sure a ton of [bleep] going to rain down on me, but here goes. After the Ccampfire went down and was resurrected . I signed in with my iPhone and got a message that there had been a data breach. I called a couple of friends on the fire and relayed the info to them. It recommended that I change my password and I did. Jus sayin.
So the fire was hacked, no fire..?
Not sure, just repeated the message that was on my iPhone. I changed my password immediately just to be safe. I also use Express VPN.

Something's going on around here with these scams. I was going to buy an LRHSI from WheelchairBandit today, and the same thing happened.......acct flagged by paypal and rejected. I know it's not a paypal deal because I bought something from MuleDeer this morning and had no problems. Some sort of account hijacking going on it seems.
I dont' know rost personally, but he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who pulls these types of scams. I think his handle got hijacked or something.

He above all people should know that he has a responsibility to keep passwords safe, alert forum members if the site has been hacked (there are laws around security breaches and who has to know when) etc. I constantly get redirects- this site is being compromised somehow. There are also min. system requirements that need to be maintained for the software to function.
