You cant get a Covid answer on the WWW search that is not filtered by the CDC, is why I would like to hear other responses. I relented and took both shots of Moderna then got the Covid 3 weeks after the 2nd shot. By agreeing to be tested and tested positive was called constantly by people who I did non know all over the US. Have not caught the virus a second time and will keep quiet if I do. Pneumonia which I had several times in the past was far worse than the Covid for me. If I had a do over would not have taken the shots, have a lot of issues now I never had before the shots.

T-cell immunity should be long lasting.

That's something I failed to mention.

I've been a bit of a vitamin-health nut almost my entire life ... since reading Earl Mindell's Vitamin Bible in the early 80s. I've religiously taken at least a good multi vit, usually supplemented with extra C, D³ and Zinc, for nearly 40 years.

I'm convinced that regime helped me to recover both times. Historically I have been above average healthy rarely getting colds and flu even ... until I turned 60 I never once had a flu shot. I had shots, tons of them, in the Army of course ... mandated before all deployments, but that was it.

I like good bourbon and sometimes cigars and sometimes I eat too much good food ... and I like the patooty, especially my (much younger) wife's for some reason, but those are my only real vices. Well ... milf porn sometimes maybe, I can't remember.

Purely anecdotal, but got it in late January, not awful, just felt hung over bad for three days. About ten days ago, I had a one day episode I wondered if wasn’t a reinfection, as the symptoms were identical (but less severe). Found out yesterday one of my employees family has been out with it for 10 days. So may well have been a minor reinfection with some other strain. Or not, lol.

The real question is,

Has Anyone actually had COVID for the First Time?

Multiple managers where I work have tested positive more than once. The latest a female manager who tested positive 3 times now.

Dont know what to make of it. All these were rapid tests.
