There was a specialized die manufacturer 25 years ago that offered a collet type die that only sized the area in front of the belt .

I , for the life of me can’t remember the name but I think they are now out of business …. It wasn’t Vickerman .

I suppose I could go through my old Rifle/Handloader magazines and find the name .

I came close to buying one a number of years ago, but I was able to find a workaround. I wasn't doing high volume loading for the rifle in question so I didn't make the purchase.
