What is this thing called rain of which you speak? Reading a story from a local meteorologist who says this monsoon season will likely be better than last year. Tucson had 1.5 inches last summer. Only time it was drier was like 1927 when Tucson had. 1.25 inches. Average is about 6 to 8. He didn't say it would even be good, just better than last year. Pretty safe forecast in my opinion.
