I was caught with an RWS 7x57 round in my jacket a few years ago. TSA guy called the local police over. We talked a while, airport staff holding the plane for me and laughing. I asked the TSA guy if he would hold it for me till Friday when I came back ‘cause RWS brass is a buck a piece. They kept it. I was the last to board.

Try flying to Korea the 2nd time with your American tourister suitcase you used to have shotshell reloading supplies in 5 yrs prior and they hit it with the sniffer wands.

"The Warden" got flagged at Phoenix. They found 12 - 15 rounds of 38 wadcutter, in a small pocket we hardly ever use.
"He!! that thing's been through buncha's of checks, over the last several years - in fact, it was checked in ABQ a couple of days ago!"
They took the ammo, and let us go - after VERY few questions.

went through TSA here, had 5, 357 rounds in my coat pocket I forgot about, told them oh chit forgot I had these , threw them in the trash can, and walked on through, no problem.
