Starline makes them and they are literally Starline .38 specials cut down.

When I could not get .38 specials for people I grabbed 3 K of these. They make a phenomenal J Frame target shooting setup. I am running a 125 grain at 850 and recoil is mild. The short 9mm length cases eject super fast and people love them. I have been selling them locally and while at first people were skeptical as they either were confusing them with .38 S&W or they thought the short cases would be an issue.

Once they try a box the lightbulb comes on and they realize that they make J frames actually FUN to shoot.

Light recoil and guys are saying that their wives finally like whatever gun it is that they initially bought for them and regular .38s were unpleasant. Kind of an unintended benefit. While trying to be resourceful and finding a .38 special substitute we ended up putting a bunch of guns back in circulation in the middle of an ammo crunch!



Been mailing them out through UPS a couple times a week!

My friend made a comment on facebook after I sent her a couple boxes for her little J Frame she carries, and BAM she got pounced on like a coyote on a rabbit. Ended up mailing about a thousand rounds to her group.

That bucket shown in the previous post has 3K rounds in it.
