what is the best thing that you have ever eaten wrapped in Bacon?
bacon wrapped Chicken is pretty good.
better than scallops or Filet Mignon in my opinion...

Not the best, but....
We rap dove breast in bacon with a jalapeño pepper when we BBQ them after a hunt. Just so they will be edible. 😬
My favorite is bacon rapped filet minion.

Not wrapped but we were in a bar in Hampton Beach New Hampshire, they served a bucket of thick bacon with a maple habanero sauce that was amazing

Everything is better with bacon.
And everything is better with good chocolate.
The other evening I fried up a couple strips of bacon and put it in a bowl with a small handful of good belgium dark chocolate chips.
A dash of sea salt and there's some good $20/ pound gourmet chocolate for a fraction of the price.
Hey! Everything tastes better with coffee ice cream...😉

I liked making bacon wrapped jumbo prawns in my air fryer when I had one. Or bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers.

Mom always cooked bacon in with her green beans. Good stuff. When I cook red beans, or what some call pintos, I always throw in 4 or 5 strips of bacon.

A local BBQ joint took large Jalapenos, stuffed them with BBQ brisket and jack cheese.
Then wrapped them in bacon and smoked them for 5 hours.
3 bucks each and worth every penny.
