One’s I’ve run across being out and about. Not all from my locale. See some while I’m traveling. My daughter calls them “Murder Vans” 😃 Finally got enough to start a thread. I take pics of anything as such. Something inane worthy for Friday, not every square will get it. Contribute if you like.

#1 and #2 questionable as to their utility for, as your daughter puts it, a murder van. Too much crap in the back to get business done.
The rest would be serviceable.
Especially Kalispell van!
I watch a lot of the ID channel "dead people programs" (as my wife calls them).
Another season or two and I'm thinking I'm going to open a Detective Agency. Catch them bad folks afore the coppers do, cash in on the ree wards..

Old friend of mine, avid hunter, shooter, archer, fisherman, paraplegic due to combat injuries incurred as a U.S. Marine in Vietnam, bought a brand new GMC van back in the late '70s and had it converted to true 4 wheel drive w/ low-high range transfer case, power lift for his wheelchair and hand controls for brakes and throttle.

There are a few full size GM vans converted to 4wd around my town.
Even saw some done on new vans back in the day.

Around here it's 1970's motorhomes . OMG I can't believe the garbage I see abandoned on the side of the road. First night someone takes the tires off it or steals the battery. Second night everything comin outa that bitch. Tina's clothes and meth cook kit all over the road and in the ditch.

my parents bought a customized econoline in the 80's when they retired. it was a decked out shaggin' wagon. they drove that thing all over the US. by the time they passed away and we were selling it, it was prime creeper van material. don't see many of those on the roads up here anymore. they rotted to nothing.

It was the 4-wheel drive version with the 460 Engine. I was thinking “Mobile Deer Blind”. 🤠

Why not a Tacoma or 4 Runner with an overland tent set up? Have you ever heard anyone say "If this Tacoma with an overland tent set up is a rockin', don't come a knockin'"? Of course not.
