It was one of those pissed off spur of the moment things & he killed a guy. He told me the story. A hard worker & I even helped pull him out of a machine that had caught his glove & wrapped him up some. He kept his cool & pretty much saved himself. He told me of the events later, as I was the safety officer, & we were able to put better procedures in place. But a year or so later, after being a good employee for years, he flipped out.. A co worker pushed the wrong button & Mr. Manslaughter chased a co-worker for a while, threatening to kill him with a big hammer. He had to go after that. Some can keep it together for ever, some for a while. Some have a fuse just lookin to get lit,,,,,,I think.
