Need to get it to the scotus pronto and see how it floats there. That’s a gamble. 50/50 it’s not in our favor… I agree, Jack, that it could easily go either way or the scotus might well take the chickescchitt route, refuse to hear the case and it’ll stand as written. Their track record of late has been abysmal. It would appear that justice is now encased as what you take for yourself.
