All this Delta variant talk is crap. There probably isn’t even a Delta variant. But even if there is, a regular PCR test can’t detect it. The sample has to go to a pathologist. So they really don’t know if these vaccinated people have the Delta variant or not.
What is happening is textbook ADE and a waining immunity. You’re seeing the immunity wear off of the early initial vaccine takers and now they are more susceptible to Covid than anyone. Anecdotally it’s far worse than they are admitting. I just, within the last 20 minutes, had a client in whose sister is an ER nurse. They are starting to see tons of cases and a very high percentage of them as completely vaccinated.
