It's already given me grizzly, black bear, elk, mule deer, pronghorn and wolf... I think it will continue to do just fine with pretty much anything. Regards, Guy

He felt it was the end all be all.

Not that I can't, I've just shot what I want to shoot and am happy hunting local whitetails. That makes the choice easy for me. I'd keep my Mexican Mauser custom in 7mm Mauser. It can easily handle any deer hunting or hog hunting I'll likely do in the future. And should the chance for something larger arise, I'd be comfortable that the Little Mauser would handle anything that should come along. Harry
