I love Whataburger's cheeseburgers and stuff, but their service has sunk to about eleventeen steps below "atrocious" the last couple of years. What used to take about six or seven minutes now takes twenty minutes at the very least, and often much longer. I don't have time to wait a half hour in the drive-thru just because there are four cars in front of me.
It's still not bad enough to get me into the drive-thru at McPuke-all's, though.

It's still not bad enough to get me into the drive-thru at McPuke-all's, though. Agreed Andrew. The drive thru Service sucks here too ever since they got bought out. If there’s more than 3 cars in the drive through line, I just park and go inside.

I go to Braum's now. Depends on the store. I have my favorites that still do a good job. Tried the one in Goliad a couple of times in the past couple of weeks. They were outstanding! No mess ups on the order, fast and friendly. Wish they were all like that one.
