i would think that in board rooms across america, fast food execs are planning on how to convert all their stores to drive through only permanently. when you think about it, it makes real good sense. smaller stores, less staff and no dealing with Quaneshia coming over the counter with her floppy tits and smelly ass hanging out when she doesn't get her way. We just need to go back to those things we had when I was a kid.......................... Automats!

$18/hr to start. If you can tack weld two pieces good enough to hold
untill a real welder can get to it.
Shouldn't take a day with any good old boy to be able to learn that.
Much better if you work on improving.
I think it's around $27 if you are pretty good.
That's here in a traditionally wage depressed area.
Anybody not pulling $15/hr is stupid for not quitting.
F those busting on kids.
Worthless is worthless.
Lotta worthless old bastards pulling a wage. Been doing it for decades.
If the kid is a POS, look at the parents.
My daughter has me dam disappointed right now.
Graduated this year, not pursuing an education.
Mine is the first generation to get a high school diploma.
She should be the first to get higher learning.
But.
She works 5 days slinging food.
And she is the one they call in on her off days.
Parents who say they have good kids..Usually don't!

That being said, I've worked in a place or two like that myself. Sorry to hear about your daughter. Hope she snaps out of it. Nothing wrong with working food service though, if that's what she wants to do. Had a HS friend waited tables at a decent place where we grew up, almost "high end". Worked 3-4 nights a week and took in more than I did working 5-10 hrs overtime in a union job sweating my nuts off in front of a giant oven. Good portion of his was 'tax free" unreported tips too.
