Depending how handy a guy is, a vise, an angle grinder, and some various wheels the world is your oyster with those things. Not rocket science.
Buy 2 though, [bleep] up one and second one will be awesome. Still cheaper than buying one. Just my $.02
Agreed, gruff. That was my point. If a fella just wants to buy one, fine. Simple tools (the guy in video had a jig to turn his harbor freight angle grinder into a small bench grinder) and some time.
