We are cooking a beef tenderloin for Christmas.
Have never cooked one. Would appreciate any preparation and cooking instructions from those who have.

Thanks mathman.
I used the cooking instructions you recommended and it came out fantastic. I got complements from everybody. The only thing I changed was the internal temperature. I cooked it to 150 before I removed from oven. It was perfect for us!
