Tortière last night with plenty of Cabernet. It’s a traditional Québécois French meal for Christmas Eve. Not fancy but sure is tasty.

Last night we had pasta with clam sauce with bay scallops, lobster, jumbo shrimp, baked stuffed clams, crab cakes, salad. Today ,we'll have standing rib roast i've dry aged in the spare fridge for 6 days, twice baked potatoes, mashed turnips,Brussel sprouts with bacon and onion, and Grandpa is bringing his excellent potatoe salad. Then pumpkin pie apple pie,and whatever family brings for dessert. We're missing my oldest daughter and her boyfriend, both had covid, are better now,but need to stay away untill New Years.Thats it,only 8 coming this year, usually alot more.
