I was on a train from San Diego to OC a year ago. Some homeless guy sat across from me. He digs two ramen noodle packs out of his backpack, and proceeds to eat them uncooked. I guess its not an uncommon way to munch them. The bum then got on his phone. His conversation was hysterical, didn’t know where he was or what stop he was at even though the stops popup on a screen.

The egg roll ain’t the same without GO. Got a neighbor tall 70s Chinese dude. He says all you need is soy sauce, garlic, ginger and green onions and the food will be good. I can't argue with him much on that

Staple at our place. I don't even look at the grocery bill anymore. It's horrifying what two boys can do to a refrigerator full of food. They never stop eating. Never.

Simmer for 30 minutes- - - -chow down! I see where you are going with this and can relate....I trust you don't toss the dry noodles in until the very end cause 30 minutes would turn them to paste. Sorry but my Japanese mother was making faces from heaven.

"Scramble" in 2 or 3 eggs while it's a cookin'. When it's done I crunch up a bunch of saltines to make some "mush" - flashback to eatin' with my grampa with his dentures removed.
