Tomorrow if you like. Good question. Don't even know.
Was looking for a well equipped crew cab shortbed f350.
This was the only one available and it was a fluke that it was available. Dealer said he could have sold it to another dealer for $5000 over MSRP. We do some fleet buys with him every year, so he takes care of us local guys.

When I was in college in the 1970s, I noticed two things about other college students.
1) They did not have a summer job -> savings account -> budget for the 9 month school year.
2) They ran out of money.

I don't know any car dealer that'll let you charge a whole vehicle. A down payment they will, but not the entire car.

It's not hard to beat your leverage plan Rupert.

We use a card to pay all monthly bills.
One never gets missed, you only use one check/stamp,
And we get rewards.

Otherwise we only use it for internet purchases.

But.
When I'm buying something that costs several hundred $f plus,
after negotiating the price as good as it will get,

"I have a rewards card, I know I don't get back as much as they charge you.
Sooo, can you, maybe split the difference with me if I pay cash?

Never tried it for a car, just pay cash. Not sure why, but that will change.
Hopefully not soon!

If 45% cant cover an unexpected expense of that size, they are either stupid and cant live within their means, or just damn lazy to work.

2022 diesel F350 Platinum Tremor edition.

Guy ordered and backed out. Was on the lot. Take it or wait 4 months. Local dealer gave me $1000 off sticker. Anything below sticker is a steal right now.

Sam,
You're right it is...But working doesn't always mean you weren't poor. I've worked my whole life including High school right up till now. Married young and trying to raise a family saw plenty of lean times. But we made do. Started my charter business 36 years ago and it took everything we had to buy and outfit the boat, more lean times for a couple years but again we made do. Thankfully the work and persistence led to a successful business. I'll be 72 in a couple months and could easily not have to work again but I love what I do and will continue until health says otherwise. Best to you, Butch

Nice Job Butch...

I wouldn't give a plugged nickle for a man that made it any other way.

Sorry to hear about your dog possibly having problems....

He is old, blind, deaf, itching all his fur off.

Looks like hell.

The itching is diet related so we switched his chow and his gut hasn't adjusted yet.

Beautiful truck, Congrats. That thing should be a beast when it comes time for towing or carrying.
