He's a messed up individual, but he's playing the part above and beyond now.

He knows exactly what he's doing.

He lives with his parents. Can the folks he stole from sue the parents for allowing this to happen in their house? Aiding and abbetting, or whatever that term is? He says he has no money but they do. Maybe lots of lawsuits against the parents would make them do something?
