He lives with his parents. Can the folks he stole from sue the parents for allowing this to happen in their house? Aiding and abbetting, or whatever that term is? He says he has no money but they do. Maybe lots of lawsuits against the parents would make them do something?

It sounded like a plea deal was in the future. The ADA made it sound like he was considering dropping the nonprofit theft case (where Eustice admitted to cashing a $20,000 check accidentally placed in his mailbox and made out to another entity) if Eustice would plea to the other two cases. ADA was going to start calling the 60 or so victims from the other two cases and see if they were willing.

A plea deal where he was guilty on the other 2 charges still gives him felony convictions and that means no gun ownership, I think. I would be surprised if he agreed to that. Of course, he could just ignore that law like he does the others. Maybe his lawyer told he doesn't have a choice.

It appears Eustice was offered a plea deal. He can accept a set 6 year term, he can wait and see what the judge gives him, or he can go for a jury trial. He has 30 days to choose. I'll bet there will be some negotiation.
