Rene, hopefully this is just a speed bump on the way to recovery. Docs should be able to get his K adjusted - my dad went through something similar. It's damned serious stuff, but if he's in step-down, I take that as a good sign. I've said it before, kidneys are the best filter in the world and you only need 1. Knee-mail on the way from Michigan none-the-less.

Some high drama in the e room to get a port in his neck.
Had little time to get him up to surgery to do it.
Gave him locals to get it in fast.
He wasnt digging that or the procedure.
He has a lot going on....

Says the lines are torquing the ports and ticking him off and causing pain.
