Those German King Shepherds can get huge - I read up to 150lbs. My youngest German Shepherd isn't a lightweight, weighing 111lbs. at his last vet appointment. We took him to a Schutzhund training class where there was a German King Shepherd, and man, next to that dog Rocky looked a cocker-spaniel.

As an example, one day I took him out onto the front lawn and put the newspaper in his mouth then took him into the house and gave him a treat. I did this just once. The next day there were five newspapers on the front lawn. I sure miss him. This was Pepper in 2010. She's now 14 years old and nearing the end. A good pointer. Wind in my hair, Sun on my face, I gazed at the wide open spaces, And I was at home.
