At an early age I was taught to adhere to a thing called "principled decision making." Large military units and Forbes 500 companies often translate that to something called "principled leadership."

The concept means that you have a set of principles that you adhere to regardless of circumstances. It affords the person that is in the position of having to make objective decisions in a short amount of time to have a framework by which they do all things.

When you teach and practice these things it allows an objective, and decisive person to be placed into virtually any position and do reasonably well. It is a very effective way of thinking when you need a diverse group of people with a diverse set of backgrounds accomplishing a diverse range of tasks.

People that spend their entire life shoveling schit, digging holes, or "managing" a chunk of land that daddy gave them usually have a hard time with these concepts. These types of idiots will often say stupid schit like "That's how we always done it" or "Pa-pah said so" or "I hate n i g g e r s."

This is why somebody like yourself can't grasp the concept of infrastructure being effective on our southern border. Or why Little James schits his fugking pants when the news tells him there's a deadly airborne virus. Or why Fireballz starts to shake and sweat when somebody flips him off on the road.
