I did see people already on the floor covering their heads and faces as he approached.

It's easier to to see if you save the video and then view it a frame at a time.

I also see he has all that fancy paint pen writing on his gun just like the Christchurch, New Zealand nut job that live streamed his shooting had.

I think the way that works is when a search for the shooters live stream is done the sites that happen to be hosting it come up for results.
