When I need it. I showered every day, sometimes twice. Until I retired. Now, in the winter, every 2-3 days. Summer, pretty much daily. Sometimes twice. Every time prior to going to town or being around people.

I shower once a day and use one mild soap for everything. When I was in college I learned a valuable lesson one day… Always shower in between girls. Evidently they can identify certain smells of other girls on certain parts of your body. It was a long few days but eventually was let back into the house.

Very true…..also taking a shower at 3am after spending the night in the saloon looks suspicious to girlfriends. I didn’t want to get into bed smelling like an ash tray….

This is great advice, but not always practical. Once you're in the shower and lathered up it's great, but sometimes it's hard to convince two of 'em to get in there with you.

Shower twice a day minimum. Usually in the morning and after dinner. Anytime after working up a sweat on a project. Shave every day. DIY buzz haircut once a week.
At least once a day, my werewolf looking ass sweats a lot in the summer. Noticed while working in the Middle East that the Europeans could out stink the locals and third world country boys on lots of days.
