I am probably done buying .22 any thing. I have my old Remington single shot dad bought me for 15 bucks long ago and learned to shoot with it when I was 8. Then couple years later he got me a Remington tube fed semi auto that I still have, it never improved my marksmanship and I was always scrounging up money for a 25 cent box of .22 shorts.

Years ago I picked up a very good made in Belgium Browning T-Bolt and stuck a 2-7 Leupold rim fire scope on it, that I leave on 6 power. It shoots plenty good for me and our local spruce grouse. Every year before moose season I try to shoot a few hundred rounds off hand with it from 25 to 75 yards. I am convinced it has helped me kill moose that require a quick shot before disappearing into the brush.

A few years ago I picked up a take down Ruger 10-22 and put a 4 power Leupold Rimfire scope on it and a different trigger. My grandsons really like the 110 round drum magazine. I hardly ever shoot it and prefer the T-Bolt.

But, the regret I have is letting the little Browning lever action .22 go that was made in Japan. I had and old 4 power Redfield scope with a 3/4 inch tube on it. I shot 14 ptarmigan, 4 spruce and one ruffled grouse with it one evening in early September.

It was a petite little .22 that shot better then it should have with CCI Standard Velocity Mini Mags. A joy to carry and shoot and I let my self get traded out of it. Woe is me.

Yep I picked up a used BL-22 awhile back and it is a great rifle.
It and my Belgian browning SA-22 are some of my favourites.

Well my latest 22 came in today, a Rossi 62, figured i would get it and not have to shoot my winchester 62 as much.
Sweet little rifle, shoots well, i think it will be fun.

Just waiting on my winchester 275 in 22 mag to arrive, hope it is as fun.

My lovely wife gave me a Ruger 10/22 LVT for my birthday. Looking forward to it.

Not actively looking for one, but if a Browning or Winchester 52 reproduction pops up at the right time, it might find a new home.

Be careful on that one...after what I saw one sell for on Gunbroker last night, my Browning 52 is about to get listed.

Over $2,000 on the last one of two I've seen...

That’s Sweet !!! I used to have one of the Airweught versions. Let a good friend talk me out of it. Still regret it.
