This dude tells the truth to single women aged late 30's into their 40s and beyond. He says no matter how successful you are, you're not likely to get the man of your dreams. Women only date men equal to or above education AND earnings. That cuts the pool of possibilities by a bunch. Guys that are the same age that have the education and money are out dating younger, hotter chicks. They are more attractive, probably don't have have kids in tow, are more fertile, and are more desirable.

Cold truth girls - if you are late 30s early 40s and beyond, the prize catch men are with the 28 year old hottie. You have already hit your hottie "sell by date". No matter how smoking hot you were at 25, you're not that anymore, and just like in Hollywood, the next, younger beauty is there to replace you.

I agree with the main points of the video, but this is also true. Many women see a man with problems, and they think that their "love" can fix him. The damaged man will be just fine after she changes him. But, he never changes.
