Neck pours are a bit hairy, but give it a bit of open time, cork it back up and re-visit it in a month or so. Anybody ever drove up I65 North through Ky.? There's distilleries all up that way. Everything from cheap rotgut to pretty good stuff. Not to mention some beautiful horse farms.
