That mo-fo don’t bother me because I’m the only Air Force person pictured at the museum in Port St Lucie. And there is a school named after me in Florida.
I only fear running out of toilet paper because I have tried everything else.

Highway 90 starts going through the Medina Valley right at 1604 and Lackland’s “Medina Base” and you could call anything west or south of it “the valley”. https://www.mvisd.com/If the Border Patrol puts check points up and crops are grown, I call it “The Valley” regardless. I will say there ain’t a damn thing I wanna see on 90 from 1604 in San Antonio to Van Horn except more Border Patrol ! Crossing the river in Big Bend to Boquillas is a must, but otherwise, yeah, why would I go to Big Bend when there’s New Mexico? What about Balmorhea! Don't go swimming. I passed on Ft Davis too, I was sticking to Hwy 90. Incidentally Hwy 90, Van Horn to Del Rio, is considered one of the hardest bicycle rides in the Lower 48. Looong stretches w/out water.

When someone says the Valley, People from here are going to think of the RGV, if it's somewhere else you need to say Fio river valley or Nueces, in the hill country.
