To buy purchase gas if you go to Sam’s club / Costco / whatever you got in Idaho.
It takes 3 things….
1) your vehicle
2) membership card
3) some kinda payment card
Went to Sam’s club today. Gas was 20 cent cheaper, so I’ll fill up.
There’s a wait. No problem. Eating my $1.50 fountain drink / Hotdog combo.
People watching……
People acting surprised at the process needed to get some gogo juice.
Person A.
30’ish white chick. The Toyota Highlander type. State university plates.
Pulls up. Gets out. Walks to gas pump.
Oh snap! Need my Sams card. Gets back in. Gets back out with wallet. Dang it. Gets back in. Gets out with purse. Rummages through. Bingo!
Forgot to pop the fuel cover. Walks back. Pops cover begins to fuel.

Older colored dude. Retired age. Prolly from car plant in Detroit’s. Clean ass f150. Who dat saints plates.
Only open place is opposite to the fueling side of his truck. No problem, he’ll reach the hose over the bed. Payment goes smooth. Walks awoke with hose. Doesn’t reach. Mutha#*#.
Cant hang the nozzle up, it’ll end the session. So lays it down. Pulls up 8 inches. Tries it again. Success!

Older white dude. Retired Military plates. Honda CR-V type.

Yes. Those that have never worked a station have no idea on how disruptive they can be. Fifteen minutes inside buying goodies and doing the bathroom while their unattended rig blocks the pumps.

I have it figured out where I can fill my bulk tank with dyed, fill my old pickup with highway and put a gallon of the good stuff in my gasoline powered air compressor... All at the same stop.
But that's at 6AM Sunday morning when it's only me and the meth heads out and about....lol
I absolutely hate and refuse to fuel up if there's too many goons around.
Unless they are hot young tourists chicks passing through.

We dont have a Sam's club or Costco. I just pull up to the pumps, employees know my trucks so they turn on the pumps. I pump how much of which type gas or diesel I want ( I have got all 4 types at one time), hang up the hose, go inside and tell them how much I got and pay for it.
Usually shoot the bull a few minutes with everyone, see how everyone is doing and what's going on in the neighborhood. Then I'm off again.

There’s a co-op in our small town like that.
Still has a guy to pump your gas.
They’ll skin ya though. It’s usually +$.20 or .30 more.
A lot of their customers just put on it the charge account.
I’ll go their to get non ethanol. Only place in town…
