May God Help Us Yes Too much apathy because we're all too comfortable. I can't even get most family and friends to try to make the simplest of preparation for the frequent tornadoes and other weather emergencies in this area. 105 degrees here today, and some friends and relatives a few miles away have no water service today and don't have any stored water, not even any bottled drinking water. Nobody wants to hear about or to think about things that might upset our comforts. Not every calamity is man made, or because of bad government
