Sweet corn (uncooked) Tomatoes Onion Can of black eyed peas Cilantro Sea salt to taste Serve with tortilla chips. Dang that looks good. So you just leave the corn raw? Ever tried squirting a little lime juice in it? I may have to try it.

A buddy uses an angel food cake pan with the top cut off the center cone.
Has the pan sitting on a small table top that has a hole in it.
Take the ear and push it all the way through till it falls down into a bucket. The kernels fall down into the cake pan.
Easy peasy.

We have one like this, it works real good The flies would haul me and the corn away by the time I did 300+ ears with that. I don’t know for sure. Maybe maybe not. I’d get tired and rake the meat off my hand. 😳 I’m zipping an ear every few seconds, as fast as I can chuck up and chuck off the cob. I guess it’s be ok if I picked up 10 ears from the farmers mkt.
