Boiled, ice bathed, cut, bagged, and then frozen with a salt/sugar solution. Corn for the year.

My wife makes this salsa with it and it's delicious. Sweet corn (uncooked) Tomatoes Onion Can of black eyed peas Cilantro Sea salt to taste Serve with tortilla chips.
