Being FAT is a simple concept....
When you take in more calories than your body processes, then it stores it as fat..
you eat a lot and don't exercise and do activities that burn it off, then your body is storing fat...
plenty of food served and available has more things that will cause fat or calories, than not.. especially in countries like the USA, Mexico etc.
