But alot of it is indeed overblown via commercialization of the health industry and .gov schit to the fitness culture. Youngest Khanarella is a prime example. Manager at a health/ supplement Store. Big ole cans of workout powders, drink mixes, sports bars around the house. Strange healthy foods in the fridge. She buys it.. Then I see her come home with a big ole bag of chil filet or McDonald's every once in awhile. Asked her if she remembers the scene at the end of dodgeball with Fat Dwight...🥴🥴🥴 Gets all mad at me..😄😄😄 Ain't in the kids DNA on either side of the family to get fatt anyways...

I shunned them for lack of nuts. Flat out won’t touch em unless they have nuts.

Kids are fatter, c'mon man. When I was a kid in the ,70s I once got chewed out because I had two ice cream cones in one day. It was like a huge scandal and I was shamed and ashamed. Parents then enjoyed starving their kids in those days. We were tough, bitch. It made them feel good. Now, food is so cheap they can't justify it. Ramen noodles are like 20¢ a pack. Kid can have 10 of those a day and it doesn't break the bank.

A person can get away with it if they are exercising often and well, but today's youth have a tendency to sit on their butt playing video games in mommy's basement.
It's simple, ask yourself what is different from growing up in the 70's. The food is poisoning us and the lack of exercise is a major factor.
I made major changes to my diet about 4 years ago. I avoid carbs like the devil. Lost a whole bunch of weight and feel great at 61 years old. At 6'2 and 195 I think those BMI charts are garbage too. It's all about willpower.

My 3 girls have dealt with dear ole dads mental games from a early age. Nothing wrong with making a kid cry and eat some humble pie when needed. It became a thing for them to jab me back. Keep em sharp. Able to retort and stand up for themselves. Made em tough, not susceptible to bullschit, and the planet is not a kind place at times. Some of the small reasons I think they have done well for themselves. 3 female alpha,s. 👍👍👍
