The sealed affidavit listing probable cause for the warrant will be unsealed at some point, we'll know if there was justification or not for the search once that happens. Not necessarily, if it is completely redacted.

If/once the Constitution comes down... every law will fail.

As with anything legal today, fixing an obvious legal wrong is more than difficult once the deed is done as there are very few unbiased & un-compromised judges. The judge that approved this, at least from what I can understand, really has not the authority to be involved in something of this magnitude & to issue such a clearly open ended search warrant on what appears to be, very shaky grounds. Most of the US Constitution is pretty more voided today by lack of really judges & a gazillion EO's, most of which are clearly unconstitutional, yet they stand. MM

That's why they never will indict him.
