Sucker punching is sucker punching.
Context doesn't matter.
Sucker puncher suffered the consequences.
I suspect there will-be serious consequences for the sucker punchee (sic) when he is found. And he will-be found given that he left his fingerprints all over everything ... the book hanging from the wall, the empty shell casings on the ground, etc., not-to-mention the video, the witnesses, et al.

The problem is that there is zero context. Was this a sucker punch for the fun of it, or was there something that led up to it? We just get a thin slice of time here. If it were a sucker punch for pleasure of sucker punching, I have no sympathy for the dead guy. If the guy with the gun had a minute earlier announced that this was a stick up, then the situation is completely different. Article under news video says there was an argument proceeding the sucker punch.
