Spend two weeks on a fires with no showers or flush toilets...finally get some real food that isnt a MRE.

Its bologna, American cheese, and yellow mustard......on Wonder Bread. No better food was ever invented.

Go sit in the corner with your 78 grain garbage!

Well aware Jim. Can’t miss an opportunity to give you a sharp elbow!

I’ve posted in the past how one of my best meals was Mary Kitchen corned beef, topped with fried eggs, and a side of canned beets.

Haha! Yes! I'm convinced I would enjoy sharing a hunting camp with mathman, even though I am pretty well math illiterate.

Sight-in and trajectory are the camp math topics, and only if asked. I could talk about different approaches to developing the Lebesgue integral, but nobody has ever asked. grin

I dont eat bread these days but I was raised on wonderbread. I don't remember mom having any other kind of bread around other than heat and serve rolls. Its been around a long time as I’m 60. I can remember miracle whip and wonderbread sandwiches. My favorite was bologne Miracle whip and american fake cheese product sandwiches. PBJ sandwiches as well. Thats we ate for lunch back then. Been a long time since I had any miracle whip or wonderbread.

Nope. Haven’t had a sammich either. The wife fries up a mess in the air fryer pretty regularly, but no bread is involved, other than the crumbs she dips them in. Makes shrimp spring rolls to die for too: big chunks of shrimp, cabbage, sprouts she grows, a little carrot, and rice noodles. I mix up some hot mustard with Coleman’s powder. Boy-o-boy. A nit-picker might say the wrappers are kinda-sorta bread.

Used to be a hole-in-the-wall at Hatteras that sold great shrimp burgers, but one of the storms washed it away.
