Nice day here in Podunk...peaked out at 73 Other than the viewing we went to this morn Scattered showers.......some shine peaked through....... Got 200 pcs of 10mm brass ready to load........ Could have gone squirrel hunting but don't like cleaning them in the evening. Save our kids - shoot your local drug dealer.

We just chowed down chili verde I made today per request. Sipping a martini now. I will work a couple of projects at his house as he is tied up big time in refinery turnaround mode. Conduct is the best proof of character.

Went shooting for a bit with a new Sig P210, a S&W J-frame in 32 long, and slightly reduced loads in a new (to me) German MKV 300 Weatherby. NRA Life,Endowment,Patron or Benefactor since '72.

Went wheels up at 5 to get to high school "tailgate". Slammed a few waters and 3/4 # pulled pork and then onto homecoming football game. Nice night.
