Evidently the situation in Haiti has deteriorated so much since the assassination of the Prez last year that the country has requested the US bring in our military to restore order. Criminal gangs have taken over the lone operating fuel terminal, shutting down commerce there. Wouldn't this be a job for the UN?

Has gone downhill since 1804. Absolutely no hope of anything good. White people nowadays can't rule blacks. New Orleans in my state is fast becoming Haiti. And Shreveport and Baton Rouge.

We go in, clean it up completely, annex it and make it a real state with the Dominican Republic. We now dominate the Antilles and have Cuba surrounded. More importantly I get some new diving locations.
