They say Japanese glass, but is the scope manufactured in Japan? I’m not seeing country of origin in the specs.

My old eyes cannot take advantage of the busy reticles. I have heard/read good things about Arken scopes. A dealer that I know, puts them on the same quality as Athlon.

Dang! Lots of features for the money. Truly. I've not used any Arken's scopes so I can't say anything about them aside from what you said. half mil hashes and center-only illumination is hardly what I'd call busy.... I like the inner "dot" and plex. I prefer closer spacing on the outer bars (~3-3.5 mils left/right) and them being solid all the way in. I'll never need that much windage but closer outer bars often helps me in low light and broken backgrounds. Still looks like a usable reticle.

I think I like it and want to try one.
It is irrelevant what you think. What matters is the TRUTH.

We might ought to get one ordered before they have a run on them? Be nice to check it out before Black Friday too.

I have a couple of the Arken SP4 scopes and have been very happy with them so far. Took me a very short bit to get used to the reticles, but now I'm pretty tuned in to them. Tracking is accurate and return to zero is very good. A very good zero stop system also....

It would be interesting to see what that reticle looked like at 4x. I suspect you cannot see it early and late.

Got one or ten on order yet? Not exactly a lightweight, but not heavy either. I might need one for my RRA Coyote rifle since it is not exactly light either.
